涡旋压缩机转轴系统动平衡设计与仿真验证Dynamic Balance Design and Simulation Verification for Shaft System of Scroll Compressor

摘要(Abstract):
针对涡旋压缩机高速转子结构,将动涡盘和偏心主轴产生的离心惯性力分解至2个平行基面,建立了一种基于配重原理的动平衡设计方案。在结构分析和理论计算基础上,确定了合理的平衡铁形状、质量(m_1,m_2)及分布位置(L_1,L_2)。构建了基于ADAMS/View平台的转轴系统仿真模型,通过刚体动力学仿真和误差分析验证了动平衡设计方案的正确性。分析结果显示:平衡铁Ⅰ和Ⅱ的离心惯性力设计误差很小,分别为0.39%和0.06%,符合机械精度设计要求。为涡旋压缩机的高速化设计提供了思路和技术参考。
With regard to the high-speed rotor structure of scroll compressor,the centrifugal inertia force produced by orbiting scroll and eccentric spindle was decomposed into two parallel base planes,and then a design scheme of dynamic balance based on counterweight principle was established.On the basis of structural analysis and theoretical calculation,the reasonable shape,mass (m_1,m_2) and assembly position (L_1,L_2) of balance iron were determined.A simulation model of the shaft system was set up through ADAMS/View platform,and the correctness of the design scheme was verified by dynamics simulation of rigid body and error analysis.The analysis results show that,the design errors of centrifugal inertia force of balance iron Ⅰ and Ⅱ are very small,which are only 0.39% and 0.06% respectively,thus can meet the design requirements of mechanical accuracy.The present study provides ideas and technical reference for high-speed design of scroll compressor.
