复合热泵热水系统运行特性的分析研究

摘要(Abstract):

针对某高校洗浴中心热水系统工程,提出一种带回收洗浴污水余热的污水源和空气源复合热泵热水系统,将洗浴污水余热回收利用且系统运行能效高。本文从空气源热泵热水系统单独运行和空气源热泵与污水源热泵组成的复合热泵热水系统运行两方面出发,通过对机组出水温度、系统制热量、COP等数据分析,研究热泵热水系统的运行特性。结果表明,在复合热泵热水系统运行模式下,污水源热泵机组串联运行的效果优于并联运行;复合热泵热水系统的运行能效比单独空气源热泵热水系统的运行能效提高约19%;污水余热回收的热量占总制热量的35.8%。
In view of the hot water system project of the bathing center in a college,a sewage source and air source combined heat pump hot water system with waste heat recovery from bathing waste water was proposed to recycle the waste heat of the bathing water and the system has a high operating energy efficiency.By starting with two aspects,i.e.,operation of only air source heat pump hot water system and operation of combined heat pump hot water system consisting of the air source heat pump and the sewage source heat pump,the operating characteristics of the hot water system were studied through analysis of unit leaving water temperature,system heating output and COP,etc.The results show that under the combined heat pump hot water system operation mode,the sewage source heat pump unit has a slightly better effect than the tandem operation;The operating energy efficiency of the combined heat pump hot water system was improved by about 19% against that of the single air source heat pump hot water system;The heat recovered from waste water accounts for 35.8% of the total heating capacity.
