摘要(Abstract):

研磨轨迹与工件表面形貌特征密切相关,为了找出影响工件研磨轨迹的因素,建立磨粒运动数学模型,采用Matlab研究磨具中影响研磨轨迹的因素,得出偏心距e、转速比k及起始位置A对磨粒轨迹的形态变化具有不同程度的影响,这为工艺参数优选提供一定的理论基础。
The grinding track of abrasive tool is directly related to appearance characteristics. In order to find out the factors of influencing workpiece grinding trajectory,establishingthe mathematical model of abrasive particle motion,using Matlab software to research the factorsof affecting particle trajectories,it is concluded that eccentricity e,speed ratio K and the starting position Ahave influence of different levelto a morphological changes,whichprovides process parametersoptimization with certain theoretical basis.
