摘要(Abstract):
针对节流短管替代毛细管在家用空调器应用过程中可能遇到的一些问题,分别进行了节流短管与毛细管的氮气流量、制冷剂流量、变工况流量特性以及空调器整机性能试验。试验表明现有的加工工艺能较好的保证节流短管一致性,同时节流短管也具有较好的流量调节性能。节流短管完全可以取代毛细管在家用空调器上全面应用。
The measurement of mass flow rate for N2 and refrigerants flowing through short tube orifices and capillary tubes as well as the experiments under various working conditions and the test of air-conditioner system performance were carried out regarding the problems which may exist in the process of replacing the capillary tubes with short tube orifices in domestic air-conditioners.Experiments show that the current manufacturing techniques are able to control the consistency of short tube orifices and at the same time it also has good adjusting features.Short tube orifices should be able to take the place of capillary tubes in domestic air-conditioners completely.
