离心泵性能测试的自动化控制系统

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了一套离心泵性能测试装置及其控制系统 ,阐述了离心泵的流量、进出口压力、功率、转速、进出口调节阀的开度等检测和由PC微机处理储存控制及绘制成性能曲线的过程
A new apparatus and control system are designed for testing characteristics of centrifugal pump. A single chip microprocessor is used to measure the flow rate, pressure of inlet and outlet, power, speed, NPSHc,open degree of valves in input and output piping. The flow rate of pump is changed automatically by valve in output piping. The control panel can show all of the parameters at the same time, which were communicated to PC microcomputer by multi switch.
