空调用轴流风机内流分析及性能优化Inner Flow Analysis and Performance Optimize on Air-Condition Axial Flow Fan

摘要(Abstract):
以空调用轴流风扇系统为模型,利用三维雷诺时均Navier-Stokes方程和标准k-ε两方程湍流模型对其内部流场进行模拟计算,并在原使用风轮的基础上进行优化改进。性能试验和数值模拟结果表明,用CAD/CFD技术新设计的风轮达到了设计要求,提高了风量,降低了噪声。
Based on solving 3D Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stocks equations coupled with the standard k-ε equation,the inner flow of the model of axial flow fan in aircondition is simulated.Also,improvement was made on the impeller.In contrast with the results of the performance experiment,the new impeller designed with CAD/CFD technology can meet the requirements,flow rate being increased and noise being decreased.
