两级复叠式低温预冷设备的理论分析及试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

为了辅助某国防项目中换热器的性能试验并深入研究-60~-80℃制冷机的性能,设计并搭建了一个两级复叠式低温预冷试验台,在此基础上进行了详细的理论分析和大量的试验研究。其中,理论分析部分包括系统的设计及优化,试验部分包括两级同时运行和低温级单级运行试验。试验结果表明:两级同时运行时,系统性能稳定并且能够提供充足的冷量;在无外界负荷的情况下,低温级实现了单级运行,毛细管出口处的温度符合设计要求。
A pre-cooling test apparatus was designed,which is used to assist the research on a cryogenic heat exchanger and to investigate the refrigerator at the temperature range from-60℃ to-80℃.The theoretical and experimental work was conducted.The experimental results show: while two stages were operating together,the system performance was stable and cooling capacity was enough;the low-temperature stage could work independently without external heat load and the temperature after throttling met the requirement.
