摘要(Abstract)：
H10 0型离心压缩机自开车投产以来一直不能正常运行 ,振幅较大 ,油温偏高 ,噪声也大。出现断轴事故后 ,返厂进行了修理检查 ,回厂安装运行也不能正常工作。多次研究校核计算后 ,采取了改进措施 ,按改进方案进行了检修 ,机械运行效果良好。
The H100 type centrifugal compressor could not always run normally since it had been used The oil temperature was higher than normal value.The amplitude of oscillation was bigger than normal value and so as the crack noise.The inspection and the repair were done in production factory after the axle fractured.But the centrifugal compressor still could not run normally.The improvement measures were adopted based on the results of a lot of research and calculation.The effect was good by using the improvement ways.
