变频压缩机电机-泵体力矩实测与仿真对比分析Torque Measurement between Motor and Pump Body in Inverter Compressor and its Comparison Analysis with Simulation

摘要(Abstract):
随着制冷行业的发展,人们对变频滚子式压缩机的性能和可靠性提出了更高的要求。由于工况恶劣和技术瓶颈所限,目前压缩机电机-泵体间曲轴的力矩检测非常困难,因此很难获得真实的电机效率、机械效率和摩擦损耗等重要参数。本文提出一种使用应变片测试压缩机曲轴力矩的方法,并对实测力矩的规律进行了分析总结,最后与仿真模拟曲线进行了比较。
The refrigeration industry have put forward a request for greater performance and reliability of the inverter rotary piston compressor.With tremendous difficulties to measure the shaft torque between motor and pump body in the compressor,so far,due to the serious condition and technical restriction,it's hard to precisely acquire the important data as the motor efficiency,mechanism efficiency,and friction loss.This article raises a shaft torque measurement method related to compressor using strain gauge,analyzing and summarizing the principle of the measured torque,with comparison with the simulation curve in the end.
