旋流泵特性及设计方法研究

摘要(Abstract):

本文分析了几何参数对旋流泵特性的影响,提出叶轮外径D_2、涡室径向尺寸R_V及涡室喉部面积F_(thr)为旋流泵设计三要素。在大量试验基础上,提出一种实用的旋流泵设计方法。作者运用该设计方法开发了六种规格产品,性能均达到规定指标。
This paper analyzed the influences of the geometric parameters on the vortex pump characteristics, and put forward that the three important parameters are impeller diameter D_2, the chamber diametral size R_r and the chamber throat area F_(tbr). On the basis of many tests, the practical design method of vortex pump was sumed up. 6 standard pumps have been designed by this method, and these products performances have come up to required indexes.
