旋转环对风机噪声特性及气动性能影响的试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

分析了轴流式风机叶尖间隙涡流对噪声特性和气动性能的影响 ,通过试验验证了在叶片端部加装旋转环控制间隙涡流的效果 ,结果表明了加旋转环可在一定程度上降低噪声并改善气动性能。
Noise and Characteristics tests are conducted on an axial flow fan and the effect of the clearance vortex of the fan is analysed. It is shown that lower noise and improved characteristics can be achieved by attaching shroud ring to the fan.
