摘要(Abstract):

本文主要讨论应用于机械密封装置中的焊接金属波纹管力学性能的计算。文章从超薄板的变形理论出发,推导出计算焊接金属波纹管刚度系数的公式,并利用虚位移原理推导出计算波纹管有效直径的公式。文中还推导出在介质不同的压力下,波纹管有效直径变化的计算方法。
The article discusses the calculation of mechanical properties of welded metal-bellows applied in mechanical seal devices. It presents the formula of the calculation of stiffness coefficient for welded metal-bellows derived from the theory of the deformation of supper-thin sheels and presents the calculating formula of the effective diameter of thebellows derived from the principle of the virtual displacement. It also presents the calculating method of change in effective diameter of the bellows at different pressure of the media.
