SHMFF并联变频水泵的控制策略与优化

摘要(Abstract):

基于稳态强磁场试验装置磁体高纯水冷却循环系统,建立了并联变频水泵特性模型,利用界限频率法及其改进方法,分别探讨了并联变频水泵转速比与运行台数的优化配置问题。提出了多台并联变频水泵的优化控制方法。
Based on high-purity water cooling circulation system of steady high magnetic field facility(SHMFF),the model for characteristics of parallel variable frequency pumps was built,and the optimal configuration of speed ratio and number of parallel pumps in operation using boundary frequency method and its improvement were discussed,respectively. The optimized control method of multiple parallel variable frequency pumps was proposed.
