大型CO_2压缩机振动原因分析及解决措施

摘要(Abstract):

阐述了某石化公司关键CO2透平压缩机组在启机过程中压缩机端振动异常,开机多次失败问题的分析及处理过程。采用远程状态监测系统记录的数据,依据旋转机械故障机理和转子动力学原理,分析了产生振动的可能原因;逐项排查之后,确定压缩机振动是由级间密封严重摩擦引起的,造成摩擦的根本原因是转子不平衡和叶轮偏心共同作用,更换转子和级间密封才使问题得以彻底解决。应用状态监测系统避免了盲目维修,节约了可观的检维修费用。
The abnormal vibration,anylysis of failure and process of sovling in the several booting processes of a turbine-driven CO 2 compressor in certain Petrochemical company were described. Based on datas from remote condition monitoring system and fault principle of rotor dynamics,ultimately it is confirmed that the source of the vibration in the compressor is the serious friction of inter-stage seal which results from the rotor imbalance and the impeller inlet wheel cover eccentric together by removing the possible causes of the vibration one by one. Finally,the problem is resolved by replacing the rotor and the seal. Aplication of condition monitoring system does not only avoid blind maintainance,but also save sums of costs.
