电站锅炉引风机振动原因分析及处理

摘要(Abstract):

概述了秦皇岛热电厂3号炉2台引风机进行提高功率的技术改造后,高速运行时存在的振动问题;分别叙述了振动现状测试、气流激振试验及振动变化观察试验情况;分析了振动原因,提出了处理措施,得出了处理效果良好的结论。
Vibration problems when operating at a high speed after 2 induced draft fans of No.3 boiler in Qinhuangdao power plant are described.The vibration statusmeasurement,gas flow activation test and vibration change observational test coditions are separately described.The vibration reasons are analyzed,the treatment measures are provided,and good treatment result conclusions are obtained.
