工业通风机性能测试中喷嘴的选择Selection of Nozzle in Performance Test for Industrial Fan

摘要(Abstract):
采用进气风室试验装置对离心风机进行性能测试,研究单喷嘴和组合喷嘴测试同一风机所导致的测量结果偏差大小及其分布规律。试验结果表明:选择不同的喷嘴会导致同一流量下风机的静压和风机的效率产生偏差,喷嘴的流通面积小,则静压测试结果偏大,风机效率偏高。
The performance of centrifugal fan using the air in plenum to test was tested,the magnitude and distribute of differences caused was studied by using different nozzles-a single nozzle or combined nozzles when test the same centrifugal fan.The result shows that it will lead to the difference of static pressure and efficiency of fan at the identical flow rate when using different nozzles.If the flow area of nozzle is smaller,the measured static will be higher,and the measured efficiency will be higher too.
