摘要(Abstract)：

本文对机械密封端面磨损量和磨损系数进行了研究。磨损实验中采用电阻磨损测试法。不拆卸密封环,使用磨损电阻片测试磨损量。利用简化的磨损准则关系式对磨损实验数据进行回归整理,根据计算结果对磨损系数与工况参数之间的关系进行了分析和探讨。
The measurement of wear volume in mechanical face seals and wear coefficient are investigated in this paper. A resistance-wear measuring method has been used in wear test. The face wear volume is obtained without removing the seal ring out by using wear strain gauges. The simplified criterion equation is applied to systematize the experimental wear data. The relation between the wear coefficient and duty parameter has been analyzed and studied according to calculated results.
