无油涡旋压缩机的泄漏特性研究

摘要(Abstract):

基于圆渐开线型线方程,运用微分几何学得到容积变化规律。从热力学基本定律的角度出发,结合质量、能量守恒方程和气体状态方程,对涡旋压缩机的泄漏特性进行了详细的分析和研究。通过运用改进的Euler法对所建立的数学模型进行求解,得到了气体在有泄漏和无泄漏两种不同的工况下的温度、压力和质量的变化趋势。结果表明:泄漏对质量的影响最大,而对压力的影响最小。该数学模型对无油涡旋压缩机的研究和性能优化,具有一定的指导和借鉴作用。
The volume variation law was obtained using differential geometry based on the circle involute curve equation. From the point of view of the basic law of thermodynamics and in combination with the equations of mass and energy conservation and equation of gas state,the leakage performance of the scroll compressor was analyzed and researched in detail. Using the improved Euler method to solve the established mathematical model,the change trends of temperature,pressure and mass of the gas under different operating conditions with and without leakage were obtained. The results show that the effect of leakage on the mass was largest,whereas its impact on pressure is smallest. The mathematical model has certain guidance and reference for the research and performance optimization of oil-free scroll compressor.
