抗空化航空双端供油泵设计与数值预测
Design and numerical prediction of anti-cavitation aviation double-inlet fuel pump

摘要(Abstract):

针对双端供油泵上-下泵不同运行工况特性,分析了国外Park和Eaton公司的典型双端供油泵;设计上泵为圆锥等距诱导轮叶轮分体式、下泵为诱导轮叶轮一体式,并建立了上、下叶轮水力模型理论增压曲线;基于RNG k-ε湍流模型与ZGB空化模型对2种水力模型进行数值仿真,液相采用Jet A Liquid,汽相采用Jet A,分别仿真了7个单相定常及设计工况8个空化工况点。结果表明,当流量大于10 000 L/h时,一体式诱导轮叶轮具有较高的效率,最高可达84.19%,增压比上泵高5~10 kPa,上下泵增压相差0.993%~3.800%,满足匹配性设计要求;当空化数为0.1时,上、下泵外特性增压分别下降了5.5,5.4 kPa,为初生空化;当空化为0.056 6时,空化明显增加,主叶轮上出现了明显的空化区域,为发展空化;当空化数为0.0134时,诱导轮、叶轮大部分流道被空泡占据,增压分别为93.6,98.7 kPa,为完全空化;诱导轮叶轮分体式与一体式设计均能满足空化要求。
According to the characteristics of different operating conditions of the upper and lower pumps of the double-inlet fuel pump,the typical double-inlet fuel pumps of Park company and Eaton company in foreign countries are analyzed.The upper pump is designed into two parts,the cone and the equal distance inducer impeller,and the lower pump is integrated with the inducer impeller,and the theoretical pressurization value curves of the models of upper and lower impellers hydraulic are established.Based on RNG k-ε turbulence model and ZGB cavitation model,the numerical simulation of the two hydraulic models is carried out,where Jet-A liquid is used in the liquid phase and Jet A is used in the vapor phase.Seven single-phase steady-state and eight cavitation operating points are simulated.The results show that when the flow rate is more than 10 000 L/h of the lower pump,the integrated inducer impeller has a relatively higher efficiency up to 84.19%,with a boost pressure of 5~10 kPa higher than that of the upper pump.Pressurization value difference between the upper pump and the lower pump is 0.993%~3.8%,which meets the matching design requirements.When the cavitation number is 0.1,the external characteristic pressure drops by 5.5 kPa and5.4 kPa,respectively,and the condition is primary cavitation.When the cavitation number is 0.056 6,the cavitation clouds increase significantly in the main blade.There appears an obvious cavitation area on the main impeller,which is the development cavitation.When the cavitation number is 0.013 4,most of the flow channels of inducer and impeller are occupied by cavitation bubbles,and the pressurization values are 93.6 kPa and 98.7 kPa,respectively,which is the complete cavitation.Both the split and integrated design of inducer and impeller can meet the cavitation requirements.
