发电机冷却用单级轴流风机的结构及性能研究

摘要(Abstract):

对上海电机厂制造的300MW发电机内部冷却用风机的结构和性能进行了研究,通过试验分析,以及三元流场的有限元数值计算,提出了新的设计思想,重新设计了改进型风机,并采用带分流叶片的后导叶结构,改善了风机的性能,提高了风机效率。
The performance analysis and structural design of the single-stage axial flow fan cooling the 300MW generator made in shanghai generator factory are presented. By the experiment and the numerical analysis of the finite element method for the 3-D flow field, a new design is developed with splittered cascade straightener for the fan structure. It is shown that the fan performance can be improved using the new design.
