摘要(Abstract):
广州石化加氢裂化装置循环压缩机干气密封在检修后开车过程中出现损坏停机事故,本文详细分析了故障产生的原因,并采取改进措施,在重新对转子进行动平衡校验、修正端盖定位销、调整轴瓦紧力后和大修压缩机后开机正常。从而维护了机组安全稳定运行。
A dry gas seal in a cycle compressor of hydrocracking unit fails to work during start-up.In this paper,the reasons for the accident are briefly analyzed according to the data of compressor monitoring and the disassembly check and test on compressor,and the measures for improving sealing performance of dry gas seals and rotor balance are put forward.Finally test running in normal condition is obtained and dry gas seals are running normally also.
