摘要(Abstract):

针对往复压缩机采用气量调节装置进行流量调节中往复压缩机出现小头瓦磨损的问题,本文基于小头瓦润滑EHD模型,研究了往复压缩机变工况运行时连杆动力学特性。根据小头瓦变工况运行时的油膜分布状态,揭示了机组在变工况运行过程中小头瓦易发生磨损的原因,分析了不同调节方法对小头瓦变负荷工况运行产生的影响。基于仿真数据,证明了部分行程顶开进气阀调节方法最有利于往复压缩机变负荷运行,为机组变工况运行选择最佳气量调节方法提供实际参考价值。
For the problem of small-head bush wear of reciprocating compressor where gas volume adjusting device is used for flow regulation,based on the EHD model for small-head bush lubrication,the dynamic characteristics of the connecting rod during the variable working conditions of the reciprocating compressor were studied.According to the oil film distribution of the small-head bush under variable working conditions,the cause for susceptibility of the small head to wear and tear during the operation of the unit under variable working conditions was revealed,and the influence of different adjusting methods on the variable operating conditions of small head bush was analyzed.Based on the simulation data,it was proved that the regulation method of jacking the air inlet valve at partial stroke was most beneficial to the variable load operation of reciprocating compressor,which provides practical reference for choosing the best capacity regulation methods of the unit operating under variable operating conditions.
