旋风分离器灰斗结构的试验研究Experiment Research on the Bin Structure of Cyclone Separator

摘要(Abstract):
用试验的方法研究了灰斗结构对PV型旋风分离器性能的影响规律,得出灰斗的最佳直径db在(0.7-0.75)D(D为分离器筒体直径)之间,其最佳高度h在(1.2-1.5)db之间,灰斗结构变化对分离器压降影响很小。
The influence law of bin structure on the PV type cyclone separator cyclone performance was summarized by experimental research.The results of the research showed that the optimal bin radius was(0.7~0.75)D(D is the radius of cyclone),when the bin length was(1.2~1.5)db the performance was the best.The bin structures have no effect on the pressure drop of PV type cyclone separator.
