摘要(Abstract):

立式往复泵的结构强度与振动问题是工程领域的难题。本文以新型的立式三缸双作用往复泵动力箱为研究对象,基于有限元力学分析方法建立了数学模型,首先分析其在实际工况下的受力情况,对其强度与振动模态进行了数值计算与分析;再对其结构进行改进、计算与分析;最后通过试验测试证明了分析方法和结构改进的有效性。
The structural strength and vibration of the reciprocating pump has been a difficult problem in the field of engineering for a long time.In this paper,a new type of vertical three cylinder double acting reciprocating pump power box is studied.The mathematical model is established based on the finite element analysis method.Firstly,the strength and vibration modes are calculated and analyzed under the condition of the actual working conditions;then the structure is improved,the calculation and analysis;finally,through the experimental test,prove the validity of the analytic method and Structure improvement.
