摘要(Abstract):
提出了副叶轮密封这一有效的密封装置,解决了杂质泵密封问题,而对轴承的损坏却很少研究。为了既保证密封又能改善轴承的运行条件,作者根据潜污泵的开发经验,提出了考虑轴向力因素前提下设计副叶轮密封装置的设计方法,利用该方法设计的副叶轮密封装置达到了预期的结果。
For many years ,a number of researches have been given to seal element ,and advanced the application of seal-instalation of associate impeller,which improves the seal preference greatly .However few researchers concern onspoiled gears,whether can we found a way to resolve the both mentioned above at the same time.So I offer a new to design seal-instalation of associate impeller according to experience in developing submarin swedge pumps ,which consides the effection of axial force . It was turned out to be feasible .
