天然气压缩机管路系统气流脉动及管道振动分析
Analysis on Gas Pulsation and Piping Vibration in the Piping System of Natural Gas Compressor

摘要(Abstract):

对存在严重振动问题的某天然气压缩机的进气管路进行了气流脉动和管道振动分析,提出了管路调整措施。通过气流脉动分析,得到了气柱共振频率及其对应的转速,以及出现最大压力脉动幅值的转速和管路位置;通过管道振动分析,获得了管路结构模态和激发响应,从而了解引起管道结构共振的固有频率和激发响应下的最大振动位移。对改造前后的管路进行了比较分析,结果表明:改造后的管路气流脉动最大幅值从17.65%降低到11.38%,最低结构固有频率从2.6Hz提高到12.2Hz,最大振动幅值从0.393mm减少到0.117mm。改造后的管路在实际运行中,380 r/m in时测得最大振动幅值从0.4mm减少到0.1mm,表明调整措施是合理的。
The analytical study on the gas pulsation and piping vibration in a natural gas pipeline was presented,based on which the measures are suggested to control the excessive vibration.With the gas pulsation model established,the natural frequency for the gas pulsation is obtained,the maximal pulsation amplitude together with the position is estimated,and the shaking forces inducing the vibration are calculated.In the vibration analysis,the vibration mode and the forced response of the piping system are predicted.Comparison associated with the pulsation and vibration between the original pipeline and the modified one shows that the maximum pressure pulsation in the modified pipeline decreases from 17.65% to 11.38%,the lowest natural frequency for structural vibration increases from 2.6Hz to 12.2Hz and the maximum vibration amplitude reduces from 0.393mm to 0.117mm.Validation test shows that the maximum vibration amplitude reduces from 0.4mm to 0.1mm at 380 r/min,which indicates that the pipeline modification on the basis of pulsation and vibration analysis is reasonable.
