摘要(Abstract):
因燃机用调压阀的使用性能有特定要求,因此需要研制一种特定性能测试试验系统。详细介绍了燃气轮机用自力式压力调节阀性能试验系统设计方案,并对精确模拟燃机切换工况和管路阻力所采取的技术方案进行了探讨。在0~2.6 m~3/h的流量范围内对管路阻力变化、切换时间2个参数通过实际测试进行了验证。结果表明,该系统具有切换时间可调及管路阻力可调的特点,管路阻力损失模拟一致性较好,调压阀在17~29 s的时间范围内都可以实现系统对其要求的调节性能。该系统对类似功能产品的性能验证系统具有一定的参考和借鉴价值。
Because the performance of gas turbine regulating valve has special requirements,it is necessary to develop a special performance test system.The design scheme of the performance test system of self-operated pressure regulating valve for gas turbine was introduced in details,and the technical scheme adopted to accurately simulate the gas turbine switching condition and pipeline resistance was discussed.In the flow range of 0~2.6 m~3/h,two parameters of pipeline resistance change and switching time were verified by actual tests.The results show that the system has the characteristics of adjustable switching time and pipeline resistance,and the simulation consistency of pipeline resistance loss is good,and the valve can achieve the regulating performance required by the system within the time range of 17~29 seconds.This system has certain reference value to the performance verification system of similar function products.
