溶液喷淋密度对溴化锂降膜吸收器吸收效果的影响

摘要(Abstract):

本文分析了溴化锂吸收式制冷机降膜吸收器的吸收过程,建立了溶液吸收冷剂蒸汽过程的数学物理模型,并且获得了数值解。同时分析了喷淋密度对液膜流速、液膜厚度、传热Nusselt数以及溶液出口温度、出口浓度和吸收量等的影响。结果表明,喷淋密度Γ并非越大越好,当Γ=200kg/m·h时,吸收器的吸收效果最佳。最后,通过实验验证了模型的正确性。
In this paper, the absorption process in the falling film absorber of the lithium bromide absorption chiller has been anaslysed. And the mathmatical and physical model of solution absorbing steam has been established. The numerical solutions have been obtained with the computer. At the same time, we have analysed the influence of the solution flow rate on the local film velocity, film thickness, Nusselt number, solution exiting temperature, exiting concentration and the masses absorbed. The results indicate that the bigger the solution flow rate, not the better the absorption effect. When the flow rate is 200Kg/m. h, the absorption is the best. At last, the model has been warranted Correctly with the experiment.
