套管型相变蓄热装置蓄热过程动态模拟Dynamic Simulation of Heat Storing Process of Bushing Heat Storage Vessel with Phase Change Material

摘要(Abstract):
对一种用于热泵热水器的套管型相变蓄热装置建立了数学模型,用F luent软件对其蓄热过程进行了动态模拟,得出以月桂酸为蓄热介质的套管型蓄热装置在蓄热过程中,PCM管内不同半径处温度、液体比、热流密度随时间的变化情况,以及制冷剂与蓄能材料之间的热流密度随时间的变化规律。
A bushing heat storage model with phase change material,lauric acid,is established.By developing the mathematical model of the melting process,the dynamic characteristic of the vessel is obtained.Dynamic development of temperature,liquid fraction,density of thermal flux of PCM with different radius are simulated and discussed.The regular pattern of density of thermal flux between refrigerant and PCM is also got.
