两相螺杆膨胀机热力过程特性研究

摘要(Abstract):

两相螺杆膨胀机在能量回收领域具有较好的应用前景。本文构建了螺杆膨胀机的转子型线,建立了其两相膨胀过程的数学模型,分析了工质压力、质量、干度等参数随主轴转角的变化规律。结果表明:孔口流动损失造成吸气开始及结束阶段均存在压力降低现象,泄漏导致膨胀阶段工质压力从低于理想值增加至高于理想值。吸气结束时吸气腔内工质质量低于理想值,实际输气量由吸气孔口流动损失和泄漏量决定。膨胀过程工质干度随主轴转角的增大而降低,排气开始时工质干度大于理想值。工质入口干度的增加导致输出功率逐渐降低,但单位质量工质的输出功率逐渐增加。
Two-phase screw expander has good prospect in the energy recovery field and its performance prediction is very important. In this paper,a rotor profile is built and a mathematical model is set up,and the variation of pressure,mass and quality are analyzed. The results show that there are pressure reduction at starting and ending stages of suction process due to flowing losses. The simulated pressure of mixture is lower than the ideal value firstly and then increases in the expansion process. The mass of mixture in suction chamber is lower than the ideal value,but the actual mass is decided by the suction loss and leakage. The quality increases with rotation angle and it is larger than the ideal one at the beginning of discharge. The output power gradually reduced,but the power output of unit mass flow rate increased with the inlet quality.
