摘要(Abstract):
根据汽蚀基本方程 ,导出了离心泵必需汽蚀余量表达式 ,研究了变阀调节和变速调节与离心泵汽蚀特性之间的理论关系 ,并对这两种调节方法在减轻和防止水泵汽蚀的应用方面进行了分析 ,研究结果可用于指导实际工程。
Based on the basic equation of NPSH, the expression of the minimum necessary NPSH of centrifugal pump is derived. The theoretical influence of the regulation by discharge throttling and the speed regulation on the cavitation characteristics of centrifugal pump is studied, and the application of the two regulation in mitigating and preventing cavitation of pump is analysed. The studies can be used to guide practical projects.
