带分流叶片的低比转速离心泵的特性研究

摘要(Abstract):

采用数值模拟和试验研究的方法对带分流叶片的低比转速离心泵的内外特性进行了研究。根据数值计算结果,添加分流叶片后,低比转速离心泵的扬程增加了5.3%,水力效率增加了1.6%。对有无分流叶片2种情况的静压云图、流线图和速度矢量图进行对比分析,研究了分流叶片对离心泵的影响。对带分流叶片的水泵进行了性能试验,分析了试验误差,数值计算和试验结果吻合的较好。
The internal and external characteristics of a low-specific-speed centrifugal pump with splitter blades were studied by numerical simulation and experimental study. According to the numerical results, by adding splitter blades, the head of pump is increased by 5.3%, and the hydraulic efficiency is increased by 1.6%. Static pressure contours, streamline pictures and velocity vector pictures were analyzed, and the influence of splitter blades on the centrifugal pump was studied. The performance test of the water pump with splitter blades was carried out, and the experimental error was analyzed. The numerical calculation and the experimental results show a good agreement.
