丙烯制冷系统模拟与分析

摘要(Abstract):

对丙烯制冷系统进行了数学建模,选取相应设备参数计算了该制冷循环的热力参数,分析评价了制冷系统的运行特性;通过理论比较得到了更为经济的丙烯制冷压缩机出口温度,对于丙烯装置的技术改造具有一定的参考意义。
Propylene refrigeration system of ethylene plant produces four various cooling loads at different temperature by propylene vapour compressive cycle,and it's complexity and outdated equipments lead to inefficiency.For improving efficiency and minimizing operational expense,mathematic model for propylene refrigeration system is developed to simulate and evaluate the performance of refrigeration cycle,the outlet temperature of propylene compressor is optimized,which supplies one direction for technical reform of ethylene plant.
