方钻杆旋塞阀的失效分析及改进

摘要(Abstract):

根据笔者在油田现场的调研与工作的实际经验,结合旋塞阀的典型失效案例,建立了方钻杆旋塞阀的失效故障树。对旋塞阀失效故障树进行分析,求出了故障树结构重要度,确定了旋塞阀的主要失效因素:材料的性能、密封问题、操作问题、检验和维护保养等,提出规范操作、优化旋塞阀结构、提高各零部件的配合精度、增强旋塞阀关键零部件的强度及耐腐蚀性、制定统一的检验维护标准和研制双旋钮旋塞阀等改进措施,对预防和减少方钻杆旋塞阀使用中存在的问题,优化旋塞阀结构有重要的参考价值。
Based on the experience of oil-field working for half a year and the collection of information home and abroad,the fault tree of kelly cock was established.Qualitative analysis was performed,the importance degree were worked out,the facts were revealed,which were material capability,seal ability,operation problem,examination and maintenance,etc.Innovative approach were proposed,which were standardization operation,structure optimization,decreasing the allowance of each components,improving strength and inoxidizability,making examination and maintenance criterion,developing self-balancing cock.These offered the references to prevention the kelly cock problem and the optimal design of the kelly cock structure.
