连续突扩管流的数值模拟Numerical Simulation of Serial Sudden Expansions Pipe Flow

摘要(Abstract):
针对二阶连续突扩管流,分析研究了紊动水流运动特点,建立了标准k—ε紊流数学模型,编制了计算程序,并利用物理模型试验资料对其进行了验证;利用模型对二阶连续突扩管流水头损失进行计算,分析结果表明,当中间管段的长径比在3~4左右时,相对水头损失系数最小,可以为连续突扩管道的设计提供相关参考依据。
In the case of two-step serial sudden expansions pipe flow, the characteristic of turbulent pipe flow was studied firstly, the standard k-ε mathematical model and the calculation program were established and verified properly by physical model test data. Based on the computational results of mathematical model, the head loss of serial sudden expansions pipe flow was analyzed and generalized.Results showed that the coefficient of the relative head loss is the least when the aspect ratio of middle section lies in between 3 and 4, which can supply reference to the design of serial sudden expansions pipeline.
