动调轴流风机叶顶间隙对风机性能及失速特性的影响研究

摘要(Abstract):

以某电厂660MW机组的一次风机为例,试验研究了动调轴流风机叶顶间隙对实际失速线的影响。研究表明,叶顶间隙过大会使风机的实际失速线与其理论失速线存在较大偏差,实际失速线向下方移动,并且同时会造成较大的效率负偏差。对该试验过程进行了详细描述,并对工况点在性能曲线上的位置进行了分析,通过逼近失速试验,最终确定了风机的实际失速线位置。通过引入相关性系数,对叶顶间隙与失速点压力偏差和效率偏差的关系进行了研究。研究表明,叶顶间隙与失速点压力相对偏差的相关系数为-0.99,即叶顶间隙越大,实际失速线与理论失速线偏离越严重,实际失速点的压力负偏差也越严重;同时叶顶间隙与效率偏差的相关系数为-0.93,即叶顶间隙越大,效率负偏差越大。
By taking the primary air fan of 660 MW units in a power plant as an example,the experimental study of the influence of blade tip clearance on stall line of adjustable blade axial fans was investigated. The research shows that oversized tip clearance will cause a relatively big deviation between the actual stall line and theoretical stall line,making the actual stall line shift downward and will cause a relatively big negative deviation of efficiency as well. The test procedures were described in detail,and the locations of operating points of fan on the performance curve were analyzed. Finally,the location of actual stall line of the fan was determined by the approaching stall test. By introducing the correlation coefficient,the relations between pressure deviation and efficiency deviation of blade tip clearance and the stall point were investigated. The research shows that the correlation coefficient for pressure deviations of the blade tip clearance relative to the stall point was-0.99,that is,the bigger the blade tip clearance,the more serious the deviation of actual stall line from its theoretical stall line,and more serious the negative deviation of the actual stall point. The correlation coefficient for blade tip clearance and efficiency deviation was-0.93,that is,the bigger the blade tip clearance,the bigger the negative efficiency deviation.
