超高压水射流除锈生产线的设计及试验

摘要(Abstract):

传统的除锈工艺是采用干喷砂甚至人工敲击,劳动强度大、环境污染严重,大规模除锈生产线希望以新技术改变这种落后工艺。作者针对铁路货车的制造与维修所要求的大规模除锈生产线,采用超高压纯水射流除锈工艺,取得了新的成果。设计采用多台250MPa压力、250kW功率的泵机组构成了不同的除锈生产线:即薄板(2.5mm以下)、整车和轮毂,除锈和除漆生产线要求所有外表面除锈达到SA2.0级,尤其底面形状复杂,不能遗漏;薄板除锈要求双面同步且即除即干;轮毂除锈则相对容易些。介绍了上述除锈工程的设计与试验,针对除锈表面形状复杂的特点,设计了不同的旋转喷头进行作业,试验证明达到了除锈质量和速度的统一。
The traditional de-rust technology is sands blast which brings the serious pollution.The large rust removal line needs new technology to replace the sands blast.In designs,the different rust removal lines are consists of multiunit high pressure pump units with 250MPa pressure and 250kW power,applied in sheet metal(within 2.5mm),whole locomotive and boss.Rust removal quality can reach SA 2.0 level.This text introduces the design and test of rust removal line,according to the characters of complex surface,design different rotary nozzles to work.It is concluded that the rust removal quality and speed can be united.
