摘要(Abstract)：

介绍了高可靠性的容积式无泄漏往复泵的特性及适用范围,阐明了液压隔膜泵的关键核心技术,分析了各类液压控制系统、隔膜泵结构、驱动介质的补偿方式,并概述了今后的发展趋向。
The characteristic and field of application are introduced of high-credibility leakless positive displacement reciprocating pump.Various hydraulic control system,structure of diaphragmatic pump,compensating way of hydraulic medium are analyzed,and the developing direction in the future is summarized.
