车载余热发电系统向心透平的设计与试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

设计了一种可模拟汽车尾气的、有别于传统有机朗肯循环余热发电系统的新型车载余热发电系统,搭建了试验台,对自主设计的适用于新型车载余热发电系统的向心透平进行了试验研究,利用控制变量法,分别研究了向心透平入口温度和转速对向心透平性能的影响,为所设计的向心透平的进一步优化提供参考。
A new vehicle waste heat power generation system which can simulate vehicle exhaust gas and differs from the conventional organic Rankine cycle waste heat power generation system is designed,and a test platform is built to conduct experimental study of the radial inflow turbine independently designed by us and suitable for new type vehicle waste heat power generation system.By using the control variable method,the influence of inlet temperature and speed of the radial inflow turbine on the performance of the radial inflow turbine was investigated,respectively,which provides a basis for further optimization of the design of the turbine.
