摘要(Abstract):

Plan54油站是双端面机械密封辅助冲洗系统的一种,其作用是为机械密封装置提供清洁且高于密封腔压力的冲洗液。为了达到适当的压力,当前的Plan54冲洗油站通常采用手动调压方式设计,将油站压力设定到一个固定值。但对于有些工况,比如搅拌釜,通常设备的压力变化范围很大,从真空到2,3 MPa甚至更高,每天有数个生产周期,这时手动调压方式难以满足要求。针对该问题,本文就最常见的开式油站的密封腔压力随动控制技术进行了研究和探讨。
The Plan54 station is a type of assisted flushing system for double-faced mechanical seal,its function is to provide a clean flushing fluid for mechanical seal with pressure above the seal chamber pressure.In order to achieve the proper pressure,the current Plan54 flushing station is usually designed with manual pressure regulation to set the station pressure to a fixed value.However,for some working conditions,for example,a stirred tank,the pressure of the equipment usually varies widely,from vacuum to 2~3 MPa,or even higher,there are several production cycles every day,and the user hopes that the sealing pressure can achieve follow-up control,then this manual pressure regulation method is stretched.In response to these problems,the pressure follow-up control technology of seal chamber for the most common open type station was studied and discussed.
