摘要(Abstract):

拥有技术上先进的反应堆冷却剂泵,是核电厂的骄傲。本文对秦山核电厂的反应堆冷却剂泵的设计特征,功能,材料和结构等作了较详细的介绍。该泵在KSB公司的试验台架上通过了严格考验,包括满负荷性能试验,冷却水和注入水断失试验,热虹吸运行等十多个试验项目,其结果表明,秦山核电厂的反应堆冷却剂泵,运行可靠,质量上乘,完全满足合同要求。全文约六千个中文字,图表十九幅。
Possessing high technology reactor coolant pump is the pride of a nuclear power plant.This paper describes in detail the design features, functions materials, and configurations of this kind of pump to be used in Qin Shah plant.Rigid test have been performed on Qin Shah reactor coolant pumps in KSB's test loop, such as full load performance test, loss of cooling water and injection water tests, thermosyphon operations, etc. The results of these test show that these pumps are of high quality and high reliability, and confirm that the performances meet all the requirements specified in the contract.Some 6000 chinese Characters and 19 figures and tables are included in this paper.
