立式蒸发式冷凝器水膜流动特性试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

对立式蒸发式冷凝器的水膜流动特性进行了试验研究,分析了喷淋水量、进口空气流速和螺旋线插入物对水膜流态的影响,并探讨了管内的液泛现象和得到液泛的经验公式,为立式蒸发式冷凝器的设计和优化提供参考依据。
The water film flow characteristics of vertical evaporative condenser were studied.The influences of water mass flux and air inlet velocity and spiral insert on water flow characteristics of this type evaporative condenser were investigated.Finally,phenomena of flooding was discussed and flooding empirical formula was proposed.These conclusions are useful for the design and optimization of this type of evaporative condenser.
