极端高温下风力机叶片的性能分析Performance Analysis of Wind Turbine Blade in Extreme High Temperature

摘要(Abstract):
随着我国的气候的变化,初步探讨极端天气下风力机叶片的性能变化对提高风力机的可靠性具有一定的指导意义。选取750kW风力机叶片为研究对象,叶片材料选用碳纤维,在ANASYS Workbench中模拟极端高温下风力机叶片性能的变化。研究结果表明:碳纤维叶片极端高温下的等效应力、等效应变和位移和8月份平均最高温度下的相比分别增加了175%、180.7%和125.6%。这一结论将使在以后的叶片设计和生产中,积极考虑极端高温因素的影响。
The performance analysis of wind turbine blade in the extreme high temperature along with our country's climate change,the preliminary discussion of the wind turbine blade performance in the extreme weather has certain directive significance in improving the reliability of the wind turbine.Selecting 750 kW wind turbine blade as the research object,the blade material selects carbon fiber.By ANASYS Workbench,simulation the performance changing of the wind turbine blade in extreme high temperature.The results show that carbon fiber blade of the equivalent stress equivalent strain and displacement in extreme high temperature compared to the highest average temperature in August increasing respectively by 175% 、180.7% and 125.6%.The conclusion will actively make the people to consider the influence of extreme high temperature in the later design and production of blade.
