乘员舱动态热环境及人体局部热感觉试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

对汽车乘员舱制冷工况下的热环境和人体局部热感觉进行了试验研究。试验工况为制冷、自动模式内循环2种空调模式,温度设定为26 ℃;行驶状态为怠速、行驶2种。试验结果表明:乘员舱气温、相对湿度分布受空间位置及行驶状态影响,舱内风速变化受行驶状态影响较小;局部热感觉呈现短暂迅速升高,然后缓慢下降并最终保持稳定的趋势,不同部位的局部热感觉存在差异,差异受空间位置及行驶状态影响;局部皮肤温度与空气温度呈现先负相关后正相关的关系,部位热敏感性与空间位置及行驶状态有关;局部热感觉和局部皮肤温度呈现良好的线性关系,但线性相关系数受空间位置、行驶状态和部位自身差异影响;空调自动模式下静态模型比动态模型更适用于局部热感觉模型构建。
Experimental study is carried out on the thermal environment and local thermal sensation under the refrigeration conditions of the vehicle cabin.Experimental conditions are as follows:air conditioning mode:refrigeration,automatic mode with internal circulation,set temperature is 26 ℃.Driving state:idle,driving.Experimental results show:the vehicle cabin temperature and relative humidity is affected by the spatial position and driving state.The change of wind speed in the cabin is less affected by the driving state.The local thermal sensation rises rapidly,then slowly decreases and eventually remains stable.There is difference of local thermal sensation in different parts which is affected by spatial position and driving state.The relationship between local skin temperature and air temperature is negatively correlated first and then positively correlated.The thermal sensitivity of each part is related to the position and driving state.Local thermal sensation and local skin temperature show a good linear relationship,but different body parts have different linear correlation coefficients and they are affected by the position and driving state.The static model in the air conditioning under automatic mode is more suitable to construct the local thermal sensation model than the dynamic model.
