摘要(Abstract):
系统阐述了诱导轮的基本理论与结构特点,改进了诱导轮的水力设计方法。采用5个翼型来设计诱导轮叶片,并推导出了轮毂轴向长度的计算公式。基于此方法,在AutoCAD 2008平台上,采用C++作为编程语言,在Ob ject-ARX 2008环境下开发成功了用于诱导轮水力设计的参数化CAD软件。该软件界面友好,使用简单,实现了诱导轮水力设计的参数化,提高了诱导轮水力设计的工作效率,并为后续诱导轮三维参数化造型软件的开发提供了数据接口。
The hydraulic design methods for the inducer are illustrated systematically and improved.The shape of the inducer is determined by 5 profiles,and the formula of axial length of the wheel is derived.With the new design methods,the CAD software of the inducer is developed by using C++ and ObjectARX 2008 based on AutoCAD 2008.The software,whose interface is friendly,is easy to use.Moreover,it actualizes the parameterized design and promotes the design efficiency.The data interface for the development of its parametric three dimensional modeling is provided by the CAD software.
