径向进气室对离心压缩机气动特性影响的研究Influences of the Radial Inlet Chamber on the Characteristics of a Centrifugal Compressor

摘要(Abstract):
对某带有径向进气室的离心压缩机模型级进行数值研究,通过与轴向进气模型级的对比,着重分析了径向进气室对压缩机性能及内部流场特性的影响。进气室引起的叶轮进口流场非均匀性可以使级效率在设计工况下降约3%,叶轮各流道进口冲角存在显著差异,整个工况范围内周向平均冲角比轴向进气低1.4°左右,同时叶轮旋转也会引起进气室流场的非对称分布。
A numerical simulation is presented to investigate the performance and the flow field of a centrifugal compressor with a radial and an axial inlet chamber respectively,in order to study the effect of the radial inlet chamber.Results indicate:(1)the non-uniform flow field of the impeller inlet is mainly caused by the radial inlet chamber,and the stage efficient shows 3% reduction in the designed operating point compared to the axial inlet chamber;(2)of the radial inlet chamber,different channel of the impeller bears different attack angle,while of the axial inlet chamber,the attach angle of each channel is almost the same due to circumferential periodicity;the averaged attack angle is 1.4° smaller than the axial in-taking compressor,meanwhile,the impeller has a negative influence on the flow field inside the radial inlet chamber,it aggravates the non-uniformity of the flow field.
