摘要(Abstract):
通过对风机叶片失效部位的有限元计算、宏观形貌观察、理化检验、金相组织分析及扫描电镜观察等工作,找到了叶片断裂的原因,采取了改变叶片材料及增加叶片根部厚度避开共振的改进措施。
Through MSC\\NASTRAN analysis on invalid position,macroscopical shape observation,physics and chemistry tests,analysis on metallography organization and scan electric mirror,the real reason why the blade ruptures was found.Measures such as to change the material of blade and increase increase the thickness of blade root,were proposed to avoid the resonance.
