轴流压气机叶片加厚对气动性能影响分析
Numerical Simulation on Effects on Increasing Blade Thickness on Aerodynamic Performance of Axial Compressor

摘要(Abstract):

为了了解转子叶片加厚对压气机气动性能的影响 ,采用有限体积法离散Navier Stokes积分形式的控制方程 ,通过隐式多重网格法加速计算的收敛 ,粘性应力通过Baldwin Lomax模型计算。计算结果表明叶片加厚对前缘和尾缘的气动性能影响较大 ,对叶片表面及通道流场大部分区域影响较小
Integral formulations of Navier-Stokes governing equations are discretized by the finite volume method to know about aero-dynamics property effect of adding the thickness of airfoils.Implicit multi-grid method is used for accelerating the convergence speed of calculation. Baldwin-Lomax closure model is adopted to solve viscous stresses.The calculation indicates that adding the thickness of airfoils exerts a little effect on a lager region of flow field, excepting for the foreside and the tail.
