CO_2热泵热水器多毛细管组合节流特性的研究

摘要(Abstract):

基于CO_2作制冷剂应用于热泵系统的优良特性,搭建空气源热泵热水系统试验台,进行了单根毛细管、双毛细管、3根毛细管并联组合分别作为节流元件的对比试验,结果表明采用3根毛细管并联组合节流时具有全天候平均COP最高,并得出各温度阶段适用毛细管组合规律,为提高CO_2热泵热水器制热能效提出理论依据。
Based on the excellent properties of carbon dioxide as refrigerant,experimental setup of air-source heat pump hot water system is designed. Experiments are conducted to compare the efficiency of the single,double and three capillary parallel combination respectively. The results show that the three-parallel one has the highest average COP value at the whole day. At the same time,the law of capillary opening and closing at different range of temperature was put forward. This paper lays a theoretical foundation for improving the heat efficiency of heat pump water heaters based on carbon dioxide.
