空天用泵轻量化的齿廓逆向设计方法及高形技术
Reverse Design Method of Involute Profile and Further Higher Shape Technology for Lightweight Gear Pumps Equipped in Spacecraft

摘要(Abstract):

为进一步提升空天用齿轮泵的容积效率及其轻量化。在现有渐开线齿廓的基础上,基于少齿数无根切加工方法,采用先极限后高形、先间接参数后基本参数的齿廓逆向设计方法,将高形齿廓分为高形无啮合、双齿啮合、单齿啮合的3大区域,并给出相应的参数化坐标方程;针对齿顶角2°、重合度1.1、齿数8的案例参数,展开极限转子、高形转子的形状系数和容积利用系数的计算与比较;且就高形齿廓的无啮合过渡曲线,给出了相应的改进措施。结果表明:极限齿轮的节圆压力角、齿顶压力角、形状系数、容积利用系数分别为23.37°,40.83°,1.213,0.391;高形齿轮的则为23.37°,44.33°,1.283,0.447,容积利用系数增效14.32%;高形无啮合齿廓、高形点与对偶转子上的基点、过渡曲线均会发生、可能发生干涉,提出避让用过渡圆弧的新方案,既能避免干涉又能简化加工。研究为其它泵类转子的轻量化设计,提供一种逆向的设计方法及进一步的高形技术。
To further improve volumetric efficiency of lightweight gear pumps equipped in spacecraft,based on the construction method of involute gear profile and new processing method without root cutting for less teeth gear,from the reverse design and construction method of ultimate gear profile before higher gear profile,indirect parameters before basic parameters of gear profile design,the new higher involute profile was divided into three major subsections of high profile without meshing,double-tooth meshing and single-tooth meshing,and their corresponding parameterized coordinate equations were derived;in view of the case parameters such as tooth addendum angle of 2°,contact ratio of 1.1 and teeth number of 8,their corresponding ultimate shape coefficient and ultimate volume utilization coefficient,then higher shape coefficient and higher volume utilization coefficient were respectively calculated and compared;finally,the improvement measures were proposed for the transition curve of higher tooth profile without meshing.The results show that the ultimate pitch circle meshing angle,ultimate addendum pressure angle,ultimate shape coefficient and ultimate capacity utilization coefficient respectively was 23.37°,40.83°,1.213 and 0.391,respectively;and those of higher gear profile was 23.37°,44.33°,1.283,0.447 and 14.32%,respectively;the higher profile without meshing would interfere with its paired base point when it exits its paired groove,and the higher addendum point would possibly interfere with its paired transition curve when it sweeps its paired groove,the new scheme of transition arc was proposed,which not only can avoid interference between them,but also simplify machining.The present study can provide a good reverse design method and further higher shape technology for lightweight design of rotors of other types of pumps.
